科学研究

研究概况

以生物信息学、分子生物学和生物化学等手段研究鱼类细胞因子及其受体的免疫进化信息及其功能，首先围绕不同进化节点物种基因组数据获悉鱼类细胞因子及其受体基因演化信息，重点解析全基因组复制等进化事件对鱼类免疫功能的影响；同时，以草鱼为研究对象，从细胞和个体层次上对相关细胞因子功能在分子层次进行研究。发表SCI论文四十余篇。
