科学研究
研究概况
致力于真菌分类、分子系统学发育、物种演化、真菌多样性及重要植物病原菌类群的资源收集和调查等方面研究,对座囊菌纲和葡萄座腔茵类群的分类学及系统发育学作出了重大贡献,;1)以座囊菌纲作为研究对象,提出了将物种分化时间作为高阶元真菌分类上的重要标准,该结果已被多个同行应用并认可; 2):创新性的介绍和组织大量新真菌物种在单篇文章中发表的论文模式,并以第一作者的身份,首次组织了国内外同行对110个新物种进行了描述,涵盖3个亚门、6个纲、13个目和37各科。2018和2019年连续入选科睿唯安 “植物和动物学”领域的“全球高被引科学家”,2018年荣获“第八届贵州省优秀科技工作者”,入选2019年四川省特聘专家。目前已发表130余篇SCI科技论文,被引用超过5400余次, H指数为34。现主持国家自然科学基金1项、贵州省联合基金重点项目1项,与企业技术开发委托横向项目1项;主研国家科技部科技基础性专项和国家自然科学基金联合基金(中心项目)项目各1项,同时主持与泰国清迈大学国际合作项目1项。
